Warming in a frying pan: Remove crepes from the plastic wrap, warm the crepes in a preheated non-stick frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute each side for frozen or 30 seconds for defrosted (use if necessary butter or oil in the frying pan). Then fill, roll or fold as per requirements.
Warming in the microwave: To reheat frozen French style Crepes; Remove frozen Crepes from plastic bag and place onto a microwave-safe plate. Place the plate onto a microwave-safe rack and heat, uncovered – 1 crepe: 10 Seconds (600W)
Maintain in the freezer after opening – once the bag is opened, maintain in the fridge (39°F-+4°C) for 3 days.
DO NOT THAW AND REFREEZE.
